4. Warranty Disclaimer
The course and documentation is provided to you on the understanding that Surreal-Time Ltd. is not liable for damages, lost profits or opportunities of any kind, as a result of your incorporation of any course material (ideas, suggestions, definitions, pros & cons, etc.) into your products or services. While every effort has been made to minimize errors, it is possible for some errors to remain. We would sincerely appreciate being informed of any errors, even as small as a typo, so that we can make the appropriate correction. In cases where there is a disagreement on what constitutes an error, Surreal-Time Ltd.’s decision will be final. In any case, Surreal-Time Ltd. is not liable for any errors in this content.
5. Course Recording
The course materials may not be recorded by any means devised by earthlings, aliens, gods or mythical beings. This includes all wavelengths, particularly X-ray (even though I've had all the children I intend to), wax impressions and olfactory nerve stimulation. No, you can't make video or audio recordings, take screen captures, or create a “web archive” either.
